At ToolMasterCA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
You may return most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at toolmasterca@support.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a defective item, contact us at toolmasterca@support.com with photos of the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes used tools with safety seals removed or customized products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at toolmasterca@support.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
