Refund and Return Policy

At ToolMasterCA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at toolmasterca@support.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange a defective item, contact us at toolmasterca@support.com with photos of the damage or defect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes used tools with safety seals removed or customized products.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at toolmasterca@support.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
